  • Apeiron delivered a complete Solution for the SQL Integration to central server using existing SCADA server and database
  • Collection of Process /  Machine Parameters from the machine PLC and stored into local database.
  • Collection of Production details from the machine PLC and stored into local database.
  • Loging the machine downtime with reason.
  • Replicated the Process , Machine, Production and Recipe details from local SQL server of each machine to central server at every 5 min interval.
  • Power BI Dashboard and Web based application for down time data.
